Refund policy

At Just Bolts, we take great care to ensure every order is accurately packed and dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice of fabric, colour or design
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Items no longer required

If you believe your order has arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at justboltsau@gmail.com and include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.

Once the item has been assessed, and if the product is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, refund or store credit where applicable.
